why a personal trainer?

RGJ Total Body Fitness

My name is Rowan Griffith-Jones, I am an ex Royal Marines commando, a CrossFit level one instructor and a qualified personal trainer. I have been involved with fitness for around eight years now, going through different goals and structures of training.  I have trained for aesthetics, lifestyle, strength, size and general training to prepare me to become a Royal Marines Commando.  I now train functional movements, some Olympic lifting, compound movements and high intensity workouts, which I am enjoying more than ever.  I guess my point is, I like to think that I have a broad experience in most types of fitness and I understand what it takes to get you to each stage. That is why no matter what your goal, be it strength, size, Olympic lifting, cardio or general fitness and wellbeing, I can help you on your journey.  I believe that fitness can 100% be enjoyable for everyone, we just need to find what type of fitness it is that you enjoy!
Everyone is different, and everyone enjoys a slightly different variation of whatever fitness we do, so once we delve into what that is, we can build a healthy relationship between ourselves and fitness and lead us onto a better standard of living.

My Name is Rowan.  I am an ex Royal Marines commando, a CrossFit level one instructor and a qualified personal trainer.  I have a broad experience in most types of fitness and I understand what it takes to get you to each stage. That is why no matter what your goal, be it strength, size, Olympic lifting, cardio or general fitness and wellbeing, I can help you on your journey.

I am a professional and experienced Personal Trainer looking to improve the lives of dedicated individuals.
I have a wide range of knowledge on most areas of health, fitness, training methods and fitness types that I use to see great success.
