Welcome to RGJ Total Body Fitness. My Name is Rowan. I am an ex Royal Marines commando, a CrossFit level one instructor and a qualified personal trainer. I have a broad experience in most types of fitness and I understand what it takes to get you to each stage. That is why no matter what your goal, be it strength, size, Olympic lifting, cardio or general fitness and wellbeing, I can help you on your journey.
I am a professional and experienced Personal Trainer looking to improve the lives of dedicated individuals.
I have a wide range of knowledge on most areas of health, fitness, training methods and fitness types that I use to see great success.
